Keeping in touch with RSC members, some living continents apart, is vital to generating collecting activity. Many members welcome some encouragement and it is at Conference that many are able to meet those who can give their efforts useful endorsement. Conferences are supposed to help make connections, and ours are no different. For example, through the material we see, we can be reacquainted with important collectors of the past. We also get some insight into the future of our Circle.

  • These are occasions when we celebrate our achievements and trial discoveries. It is where RSC members annually share knowledge and seek others’ insight and expertise. We do it for the benefit of all prepared to develop their philately sociably. It is certainly also important to RSC members wanting to develop study themes and often serves as a catalyst for new endeavour. Displaying is key to all this and often much effort goes into the preparation of material, something we all instinctively appreciate.
